community life

The New Testament has over 40 references to how individuals in the church are to relate to one another. We are to “encourage, pray for, admonish, instruct, confess to, forgive, share possessions with, love, bear with, and sing songs to one another.” This list and a whole host of other “one another” passages in the Bible all imply that we have deep and meaningful relationships with others around Jesus. These relationships can happen informally over a cup of coffee, a shared meal in a home, or more intentionally in one of our groups during the week.
